At Saaj For Her, we strive to deliver your favourite pieces safely and swiftly, right to your doorstep across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is verified.
Standard Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 3–5 business days

Other major cities: 4–6 business days

Remote & rural areas: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, sale events, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or logistic disruptions.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier's website. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@saajforher.com.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option on all orders within Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.
Note: COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery without prior communication may be subject to a re-delivery fee or blacklisting from future COD services.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Saaj For Her is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will try to contact you. If no response is received, the parcel will be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@saajforher.com or +92 370 2887100 with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the case and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
