ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections on www.saajforher.com, select your desired item, choose size or colour if applicable, and click 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, select your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and debit/credit cards via our secure payment gateway. Payment options available at checkout may vary.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at info@saajforher.com or +92 370 2887100 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact us with your name and phone number so we can verify your order manually.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–3 days for Karachi and 3–6 days for the rest of Pakistan.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders above Rs. 7,000. A standard shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and courier information. Use this to track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping may be introduced in the future. Follow us on social media to stay updated.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Jewellery items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.
How do I request an exchange?
Email us at info@saajforher.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Will I receive a refund?
Refunds are issued as store credit in most cases. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on any future order. Full refunds in original payment form are issued only for defective or incorrect items.

Are your fabrics comfortable for everyday wear?
Absolutely. Our Afsanah Collection is crafted from high-quality fabrics chosen for comfort, breathability, and durability designed to look beautiful and feel wonderful throughout the day.
Is the jewellery tarnish-free?
Our jewellery is made from high-quality alloy metals. To maintain their shine, avoid exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces separately in a pouch when not in use.
How do I care for my bags?
Wipe your bag gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and store in a dust bag when not in use. Do not submerge in water.
Are sizes true to fit?
Yes, our clothing follows standard Pakistani sizing. We recommend referring to the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. You can also contact us for specific measurements.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view purchase history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
