At Saaj For Her, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and labels are intact and attached

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The item is not from a Final Sale, promotional, or discounted category (unless defective)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewellery items (earrings, necklaces, bracelets) for hygiene reasons

  • Items purchased during sale events or with a discount code (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags and packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@saajforher.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and send it to our return address provided by our team.

  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or store credit within 3–5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Saaj For Her is not liable for items lost in transit during return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (top-up required). Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size, colour, or style is unavailable, we will issue a store credit that can be used on any future purchase on www.saajforher.com.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photographs of the issue to info@saajforher.com. We will prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

At this time, refunds are issued in the form of store credit only (except in cases of defective or incorrect items where a full refund may be offered). Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be applied at checkout.
