The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through www.saajforher.com. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Refunds & Exchanges
- We do not offer monetary refunds.
- Products can only be exchanged in case of a defect, damage, or any valid issue as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Delivery Charges
- A standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 (within Karachi) applies to all orders.
- Delivery charges for other cities may vary based on location and courier service.
3. Order Placement Limits
- Customers may place a maximum of 2 orders within a 24-hour period.
4. Minimum Order Value
- The minimum order value for delivery is Rs. 1,000.
- Orders below this amount will not be processed.
5. Maximum Order Value (Cash on Delivery)
- The maximum limit for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is Rs. 20,000.
- Orders exceeding this amount must be paid through our prepaid payment options (e.g., bank transfer, online payment).
6. Returns & Exchanges
- All return and exchange requests must comply with our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Customers are required to contact us via WhatsApp or email for approval before sending any items back.
