1.Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- On-Spot Return – If you feel unsatisfied at the time of delivery, you may return the item immediately. The product must be unused, unworn, and free from any damage.
- 2-Day Return Window – If you change your mind after delivery, items may be returned within 2 days. Products must remain unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchanges – We always try to accommodate exchanges. To ensure smooth handling, please reach out to us on WhatsApp with your order details and a genuine concern.
2.Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support Team on WhatsApp or via email at info@saajforher.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back as advised.
- After inspection, we’ll confirm approval or rejection of the return.
3.Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping charges).
- Processing usually takes 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4.Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on product availability;
- If your requested size/product isn’t available, you can choose a replacement of equal value or request a refund.
- Exchange shipping costs may apply.
5.Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the item.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
6.Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items.
- Customized or made-to-order pieces.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper washing.
7.Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
